The cleaning methods of the lab coat mainly include the following:

Use 84 disinfectant: Prepare 84 disinfectant and water in a ratio of 1:20 to make a solution, soak the white coat overnight, and then carry out routine cleaning.
Use hydrogen peroxide and sodium silicate: soak the white coat with water, add the prepared 2%~3% hydrogen peroxide and sodium silicate, soak for about an hour, and then wash with water.
Use potassium permanganate and oxalic acid: soak the white coat in water, add a small amount of potassium permanganate, soak for 10~15 minutes, wash with water, then add oxalic acid to rub, and finally wash thoroughly with water.


Precautions for cleaning lab coats:

Be sure to wear gloves to protect your skin during washing.
If the lab coat is heavily contaminated or contaminated with toxic substances, it is recommended to discard it and replace it with a new one.


Cleaning process of lab coat:

Collection and Handling: After use, the lab coat should be collected in the buffer chamber and placed in a clean gown bag. The workwear of the positive control room needs to be sterilized separately after each use, and the other workwear can be sterilized after daily use.
Washing and sterilization: The treated working dose is washed and dried with purified water, then packed into a double-layer bag and sterilized in a vertical pressure steam sterilizer at a sterilization temperature of 121°C for 30 minutes.
Drying and storage: The sterilized work clothes are dried in an electric blast drying oven at a temperature of 80°C, and placed in the corresponding changing room for later use.
